Shipping

Items are sent via Royal Mail and I obtain a proof of posting for every item I send. If you require recorded delivery or extra insurance please contact me as there may be extra cost involved.

I'm happy to ship worldwide but you will need to contact me before you buy for postage costs.

Refunds

If the item doesn't fit or isn't what you expected I will accept returns within 7 days of you receiving it but please contact me first.

I will refund cost of item less post & packaging.

I will not refund items that have a fault that is described in the store.

If items are lost or damaged in the post I will go through the normal claims process & you will receive full refund when I receive payment from the post office but this only applies to items up to £30, items over that require insurance.

I accept Nochex, Paypal (no eCheques please), cheque, postal order or direct bank transfer and cash at your own risk.
